Lisa Griess writes: “Our LdS family had a Very successful weekend! David Broderick not only earned his decoy cert, he and Idole also nailed their mondio 3!!!!!!! Not too shabby for a little “I” girl! Shawn Reed and Repo nailed another 3! Gail Warling Marit and Groovy earned their first leg of Mondio 1 and a high in trial!!!! This was an experience I won’t forget soon. I’m happy I was there to watch, learn, and cheer my family on. Congratulations!”

Jeté did well at her first 2 attempts at Mondioring in Corning CA, earning both legs for her MR1 Title under Valeer !

Halcyon du Loups du Soleil finished her MR2 at Carolina Dog Sports with a 271. Congratulations to Team Haly!

I’Repo went high in trial at Carolina Dog Sport Club’s winter trial with a 363!

It was a remarkable weekend for Loups du Soleil dogs and handlers and a stellar weekend for Mondio!

In Hadley, Pennsylvania, the West Penn Mondioring Club hosted a trial with Judge Ann Putegnat and decoys Carlos Daniel Aguirre and Otto Sturm.
The US record breaking MR3 performance by Marie and Fuel must be mentioned before bragging on the Loups du Soleil dogs. Earning new titles or legs were:
Shawn and I’Repo du Loups du Soleil earned a 381/400 for their MR3 — the third highest score ever earned in the United States!
Idole du Loups du Soleil & David finished their MR2 title with 287/300!
Haly du Loups du Soleil and Al (AKA Crackhead AKA Haly Vinjamur) got their first leg of Mondioring-2 with 260/300.

Meanwhile on the west coast, Santa Clarita Mondio Club and Atlas Canine for hosted a trial in Oxnard, with Margaret McKenna judging and decoys Paul Freeney, David Wright, and Jimmy Vanhove.

Aida and Maya du Loups du Soleil earned their first leg MR1 with a 192.5.

Renee and Commander Cody du Loups du Soleil finished their MR1 title on Saturday with a 188.5, and earned the first leg of their MR2 on Sunday!

Aida and Izann earned the first leg of their MR2 with a 279.5/300!

Patti and Winston earned an MR2 leg with a 277.5/300!

Haiku Loups du Soleil earned her first leg of her Mondioring 2 title under judge Margaret McKenna, with a score of 255. Thank you Lone Star Mondioring club! We had a wonderful time and really appreciate all of the generous help from each of the club members.

Thanks to everyone in our mondioring family. I love this sport and cherish the friendships I have formed over the last three years. Cheers! You guys rock!
